  • Your order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to the shipping partner.

Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80.
  • For orders under $80, a shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand - Free standard shipping on orders over $80. Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days.
  • European Union, United Kingdom - Free standard shipping on orders over $80. Estimated delivery time 5-10 business days.
  • Rest of the world - Estimated delivery time 5-10 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Some of the EU countries, customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes.
  • These charges, if applicable, are not included in the item price or shipping cost — they must be paid by the recipient.

Address Changes & Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If you need to change your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — we may not be able to adjust it afterward.
  • We are not liable for delays or failed delivery due to inaccurate addresses.

Delays, Lost & Stolen Packages

  • While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
  • If your package is lost or stolen after dispatch, contact us here.
  • We will work with the courier to investigate and may offer a replacement where possible.
