Order Cancellation
- You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once the order has entered processing or production, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility / 30-Day Guarantee
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if one of the following is true:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- There is a quality issue
To be eligible, returned items must be:
- Unused, in its original condition
- Returned in original packaging, with tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not accept returns for issues of preference, such as changes of mind, color choice, or style (unless defective or incorrect).
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defect or incorrect item).
How to Request a Return / Refund
- Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective or wrong.
- Our support team will review your request and send further instructions or a Return Authorization.
- Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you whether the return is approved.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (unless local banking delays interfere).
Restocking Fee (If Applicable)
- If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, we may apply a restocking fee up to 10% of the item price.
- No restocking fee applies for returns due to defects or incorrect items.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, the cost of reshipment will be deducted from your refund or invoice.
- If your package is lost or stolen after dispatch, please contact us - we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in every case.
